Typical projects include lead tenant build-outs in new buildings, and renovations of existing tenant spaces ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 sq. f. in size. New offices, retail, warehouses, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, and more; we handle prints, concrete, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and acoustical ceilings, painting, etc.
